| Using a L-N #66 beading tool I'm making a fine bead on the edge of a 1 inch board. | ![]() |

| Once the bead is complete rip it off on the band saw. | ![]() |
| I also made a base moulding on the router table. Here is the profile. | ![]() |
| With the moulding complete it's time to mitre and fit them to the saw till. | ![]() |
| Mitre the pieces on the table saw and then glue and nail them in place. I nailed the base moulding through the bottom so there are no visible nail holes on the show faces. | ![]() |
| Set the carcase aside to dry. Next the lid... | ![]() |
| Mitre the bead and glue around the front and edges of the lid. | ![]() |
| Hinge the lid with brass butt hinges.. | ![]() |

| A few coats of finishing oil, a coat of wax and.. | ![]() |
