| Rout out the stopped groove for the bottom.. | ![]() |
| Don't cut through the end if the boards!!! | ![]() |
| Apply a coat of shellac to the inside faces AVOIDING the glue surfaces. | ![]() |

| You can see why I pre-finished the insides-the glue comes off easily without staining the timber. | ![]() |
