| Some minor fitting and the
leg is offered up-a nice tight fit! |

| Drill holes for #10 x 3inch
screws.. |

| and screw the legs in place.
As this is the mock-up I won't glue the legs in place as I will want to
refer to it when making the "real" one. |

| Turn the front legs on the
lathe, removing most of the waste. Final shaping will be done once the
chair is glued up. |

| Back legs are from a 4 inch
wide blank-first step is to notch the back of the seat. |

| Notch out the waste on the
table saw-width of the leg minus the depth of the rebate. |
 |
| Rout the rebate on the seat
using the router and waste blocks to prevent break out. |
