| Plane down some poplar to 10mm and crosscut to length. | ![]() |
| Rout the 6mm groove for the bottom on the router table.. | ![]() |
| And cut the dovetails. I used my Littlerat
router jig. Add a maple veneered MDF bottom and glue up.

| The outer edges need to be curved to match the cabinet sides. A scrub plane with it's curved iron makes quick work of this. |
